Founder & Owner

Russell A. Flowers I has been serving Palm Coast with exceptional food for over 20 years. After retiring from the United States government with over 30 years of public service, he decided to focus on the one thing he loved most — catering to and servicing people. Russell is now bringing his culinary expertise to the streets with Coozie's Food Truck, while continuing to deliver the professional catering and event rental services Palm Coast has come to depend on.

This is great food done right — the same quality and passion you've come to expect, now available four ways. From our family to yours, we're proud to serve you wherever you need us.
